Key Process Points for Coating, Drying, and Formulation/Blending
Proper processing parameters are essential to unlock the full potential of RF-777A. When performing coating and lamination, a drying zone temperature between 80°C and 120°C is recommended to drive off moisture and trigger self-crosslinking. If compounding RF-777A with external acrylic emulsions, operators should align pH values before mixing. Viscosity typically increases following blending; thorough mechanical agitation is recommended prior to feed application if localized high viscosity occurs. Additionally, the emulsion may be diluted with clean water whenever customized viscosity reductions are required.
